What have I been watching?

Supernatural: So I have moved into season three and it is much more graphic and violent than the first two. It makes my stomach turn to watch it so I have had a hard time keeping up the momentum. The plot is also falling a little bit flat for me, hopefully I will feel more like watching it in a week or so.

Army Wives: Love the new season and I can't want to see the most recent episode. I am sad they got rid of Pamela, she was one of my favorites, but it looks like Roxy may have found a new friend. And her and Trevor finally have a new house (hope I'm not spoiling too much) anyways. Its just awesome and I want to watch it right now!

Raising Hope: Same ol raising hope, it is quite ridiculous but entertaining enough for short periods of time.

Eureka: This show is really slow, my mom and I have been watching it together and we are only like five episodes in. Its entertaining but hard to see the point and that makes it just a little bit dull.

Random YouTube: I have been watching random you tubers and they entertain me. I was thinking about maybe making some video logs but I am not sure, we will see. I don't take criticism well so I don't know how I would do with those type of videos.

Sad day for My Boys!

So I guess my boys only has four seasons, at least that's all that netflix has, me and mom are super bummed about it but we started watching Eureka in its place and we are only on episode 2 but so far it isn't completely horrible the first episode was really long and tedious but it built up the foundation for the rest of the plot so I guess its good that they were thorough from the beginning, I don't know, the jury is still out on that one. We are going to check online and see if we can find more seasons of my boys because I could have sworn there were six and if we do find it I will definitely be blogging about it here. If season four is the end I just have to say it was a fairly disappointing ending as far as PJ and Bobby are concerned, although the rest of the crew seems to be doing rather well for themselves. I still would have liked to have seen PJ and Bobby perhaps getting married as an ending to the series, but until I know for sure this is all really speculation. So that is it for now, I will be sure to keep this as up to date as possible.

4 Shows and a Movie

I have been watching a ton of SUPERNATURAL, slowly chugging my way through the series, and it has gotten really interesting. I love all the plot twists they have thrown in, although it really is beginning to get a little redundant which is sad since I am only on season 2, but I look forward to continuing the series. I don't know how they keep it going for like six season, and I really wish they would get a third person or partner or something to join them for a couple of episodes, just to mix things up a bit.

I have also been watching MY BOYS with my mom and it is also really good, again great plot twists and such. Last night I didn't want to stop watching it because it was just that good. Brando just bought Crowley's and Bobby is going to law school and Mike got married. If you know who he is and haven't seen it yet you totally have to get to that episode. It is amazing!

HOW I MET YOUR MOTHER is also on my watch list, I have never seen it from episode one and it is really funny. I love Barney, he is hilarious! My favorite part of the show honestly. I know it is going to get really dull watching it since they have like six seasons and such, but I plan on watching it all the way through because its really very good and I know that there are several major plot turns later on from catching it on television that will be interesting to watch and see how they pan out.

I watched the ending of MY SISTERS KEEPER yesterday and it was heart wrenching. Like, I seriously don't think I will ever be able to sit down and watch the entire movie just because of how sad the ending was. I was in tears. Granted its not hard to reduce me to tears, but still, I have family members with serious medical issues and I could only think of them while watching it. So until later notice, amazing movie (from what I saw) just not one I will be sitting down and watching all the way through any time soon.

ARMY WIVES is back! I seriously didn't think they would be making another season but I am glad they did, although they took away one of my favorite wives which really makes me sad. I don't want to say who for spoiler reasons. I just don't know how the plan on continuing the show when they take away a main wife like that. I mean after everything they have all went through, you would think they shouldn't be split apart but in reality that is the army life. Episode 2 is seriously gut wrenching, in a sort of good way. Basically keep a box of tissues handy if you plan on watching this amazing series.

CLOWNS!

I just finished watching the supernatural episode about clowns and I am still freaking out! I hate clowns, no offense to all the clowns out there you just really creep me out. I blame my dad for making me watch IT when I was like ten and at the scene the guy kills himself in the tub my dad told me to go take a bath. Much trauma there. Ick, I am all jittery just thinking about it. This will hopefully teach me something about watching scary shows before bed... maybe... nah i dont think so considering I have another one loading as I type.

Shows I watched Wednesday 3/7/12

Switched at Birth: The newest episode is a lot of the same ole' same ole' is Bay and Emmett going to make it as a couple, whats going to happen with the book, Will Regina stay hung up over Angelo. It does get quite repetitive in an entertaining way. I am not going to spoil the ending but it had my jaw dropped to the floor. I could not believe that twist they put in and I am excited to see how they handle it in next weeks episode.

Supernatural: This show still freaks me out, and the plot gets deeper and more complex each episode in. Sam has telepathic abilities and found another boy with similar abilities who's mother was killed in the exact same way. I have no idea where they are going to go with the plot in the future but I just have to say its one of those shows that keeps me at the edge of my seat.

Celtic Thunder: I am a huge fan of the singing group Celtic thunder and have been for a long time. The singing voices on those men just make me melt! I am not too thrilled with the newest cast, I miss the old group, but they are all amazing singers and I am sure once I get use to them I will love them just as much as the originals.

Criminal Minds: This show makes me so paranoid because any of the scenarios could happen and half the time its the normal people out there. Makes me wonder if even blogging is safe. And the show always connects something about the job to the characters personal lives. It is a very well done show but I cannot watch it too often or I would never go out in public and make new friends.

I watched this video on Facebook today, a friend linked it to me and it really got me thinking about how little attention I pay to the world outside of me. I am very sad for the lives the children leave and I hope that justice is served and the man is stopped.

I got a new book!

That's right I am now an official owner of Twenty Years Later by Alexandre Dumas. I was borrowing it from a friend and I couldn't find the time to read it so I went to return it to her and she just gave it to me. I am so happy! Alexandre Dumas is my favorite author ever. I really wish I could say more about the book, but I havn't read it yet. You are in for a big treat though when I get around to it because I am sure I will be ranting and raving about it for quite a while. He is an amazing writer and it is sure to be an amazing sequel to The Three Musketeers one of my all time favorite books.

My Boys

That is the show my mom and I spent the evening watching last night. It is such a funny show and we were cuddled up around the computer streaming from Netflix and laughing at all the antics of the show. I would think that by watching that show I should know more about baseball but we are done with the first season and I still know absolutely nothing about the sport, except the teams are super important. The main character uses baseball analogies for everything and I still know nothing. But it is still a great show full of mostly clean humor.

All things Supernatural

So for the past couple of days, since my husband fixed our Netflix account, I have been catching up on my shows. I was able to finish one series and start another. Both are about supernatural creatures which is a huge interest of mine so you could say I very easily fell in love with both shows. The first is Rosario + Vampire and the second is Supernatural.

Rosario + Vampire: Alright so this anime is extremely cheesy. I mean, I was embarrassed watching parts of it. There are two seasons that I know of, I don't know if they have created any more. It was alright storyline wise, and fell flat in a couple of major areas. There was no closure to the series, you don't know who the guy ends up with. You have an idea but you never fully know. It would be interesting to read the manga and see how close the two are. I would give it three stars because I have seen much better anime than that one.

Supernatural: So this is an amazing show, I don't know why I didn't watch it sooner. I still remember being in high school and one of my really good friends always talked about it and I just never watched it but I should have. I am not even half way through season one and I just keep hitting the next button. It is very creepy though. I believe in the supernatural so watching the show sends chills down my spine and I will admit I had trouble falling asleep. The last one I saw before bed last night was the one about the hooked man. There is nothing too freaky in the graphics, in all in the story-lines which are fairly well developed although the show is really quite predictable. That does not, however, take away from the amazing essence that is the show. I will keep up to date about each season but so far I just have to say I am loving season one. I can't figure out what happened to the mom and girlfriend but I think its just something that is connected to their family maybe. It will be interesting to learn the why's and how's of that part of the plot. And of course what happened to their father. So far my favorite episode is the one about the boy who drowned in the lake. I don't know why, but it just really hits home with me. Maybe because you see a little bit of Dean's sensitive side.
